    This is the second floor mat of this kind that we've purchased. The first one has held up for a long time, and we look forward to the same great experience with the new one. Previously we had purchased a less expensive mat, but cracks developed quickly. Clearly it is more economical to spend a little more money upfront to receive a higher quality product which has greater longevity.

      We purchased 2 of these mats. After reading the reviews, I was concerned that they would not lay flat. When they arrived, I flattend them out, one ontop of another, and then placed heavy 5 gal. jugs of water on the corners and center for 2 days. After that they were completely flat and we haven't had any problems with them.

      It was all I hoped for but wish it came a couple of inches bigger. Also, the adhesive that held the sticker did not come off the mat and now there's a big black mark on it.

                Have bought several of these the past few years and I would like to see them made more crack-resistant. I am the only person who uses the desk where this mat is used and it is not abused. The wheels of the chair are plastic and yet there are indentation marks on the mat every day.
