              I live in a new manufactured home (1800 sq.ft). I moved in from a 2500 sq. ft. home with lots of storage. This 250 lb. capacity Hand Truck is perfect. It's probably aimed at a different audience, since it was in the office products aisle of Staples. But I saw it, I bought it, and could not be more pleased.

                  I was looking for a light weight, fold up dolly to bring some computer equipment up to one of our stores. This was the only one that folded up to fit in my car so I grabbed it. It was heavier than I wanted but that's because it is so solidly built. After walking through the underground parking garage I was glad I had opted to buy this solid although heavier model. I would highly recommend this product.
